We are happy to provide direct-trade Hawaiian Coffee from some exceptional Big Island coffee farms in addition to our own. As a mill and roastery, we are integrated in the community of Big Island farmers and work closely with them to develop an artisanal product.
The coffee we offer is hand-picked and sorted from small Hawaiian coffee farms, called small lots or micro-lots. This may go without saying, but our coffees are unblended and single-origin - 100% Hawaiian arabica. We do this so you can taste the ways in which different processing methods & changes in Hawaiian landscape can dramatically alter coffee flavor, body, acidity, and sugars - all while enjoying a gratifying morning coffee.
All coffees roasted by Big Island Coffee Roasters are extremely limited and seasonal.
