We offer our professional coffee roasting, processing & coffee consultation services to Big Island coffee farmers, restaurants and cafes.

Washed coffee processing: cherry pulping, fermenting, washing, drying, raking & moisture assessment : $0.25/ lb

Dry processed ("natural"): cherry floating, drying, sorting, raking & moisture assessment : $0.30 / lb

Dry milling : $0.30 / lb 

Coffee storage in Grain-Pro storage bags : no charge

Coffee / Cacao (Cocoa) roasting : $15 for 1-15 pounds 

Packaging & heat sealing : $0.25 per package

Coffee grinding : over 10 pounds is $0.25 / lb 

Package re-sealing tape : $0.10 / bag

Coffee bags : 3 oz. sample bags...$0.25
